Policy on non-discrimination

Second Wind Lung Transplant Association, Inc. does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, National origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its activities or operation. These activities include, but are not limited to, membership, the selection for volunteers and supplies and the provisions of programs or services. Second Wind is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members, vendors, and contractors.

Policy on Harassment

Second Wind Lung Transplant Association, Inc. does not tolerate harassment. Cyber harassment is repeated online expression amounting to a “course of conduct” targeted at a particular person that causes the targeted individual substantial emotional distress and / or the fear of bodily harm.
